LOSE 10 KG IN 7 DAYS WITHOUT DRUGS,FOR REALLLLLL.

With this method you will lose 10 kg or even more in 1 week.And the most beautiful part of this is that u don't even need spend your money on some drugs.
Now here it is

Whenever you feel hungry , just take some water from morning till evening.Then take some oranges and apples.You can include some water melon and cocumbers. These fruits will give you some strenght and you wont feel so weak.But make sure you don't take more than 1 or 2 of each fruits.

Now this is really good for you while you are on this diet;do some little exercise in the morning.Preferably skipping,like 50 rounds will do.Do not push yourself and try to preserve your strenght.

Make sure you don't do anything overly stressful.

Now to keep your new figure,you cant go back to your old eating habits.Try to eat half of your normal daily intake,keep up with your regular exercises and take care of yourselves.
